Daisy Fleabane
Daisy Fleabane, Erigeron annuus, is an annual plant with small daisy-like flowers that bloom in the summer to early fall. The flowers close at night, and reopen at daylight. The aerial parts are used medicinally. The name “fleabane” came from the historic use of it to rid homes of fleas, but this has not been supported.
