Plantain, Narrowleaf
Narrowleaf Plantain, Plantago lanceolata, is a highly versatile, edible, perennial weed. It has a small rosette of long, pointy leaves with a small flowerhead with tiny white flowers that matures into seeds. It is a nutrient-rich green with many vitamins and minerals. It is frequently called “nature’s band-aid”.
