Dandelion
Dandelions, Taraxicum officinale, are one of the most recognized, aggressively invasive weeds. It is a short-lived perennial with sharp-toothed leaves and a yellow flowerhead that turns into a puffball seed head (make a wish and blow). It is highly nutritious with both culinary and medicinal uses that have been used around the world.
