Mullein, Mini-sticks

Description

Our Mini Mullein Sticks are made from 1st year leaves. Each stick is rolled using 2 leaves and dried thoroughly for optimal burning.

Mullein sticks are used for several purposes, including:

1. to inhale the smoke for respiratory relief by loosening mucus in the lungs, making coughs more productive, and soothing the airways
2. to smudge a room or area to cleanse/purify the air (similar to sage). It cleans heavy and stale air, as well as wards off negative energies and restless thoughts.
